The authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas bellow

The basic guidelines for this workshop are:

Small product between bandwidth and distance, a typical bit rate going from nX10 Mbps to nx1 Mbps and a distance is 10 or 20 km. These two facts allow for FOAN to link a great invention in terms of limiting factors, such as chromatic dispersion, attenuation, dispersion polarization fashion, etc.

Economical, FOAN link uses only one user, the classic Fiber Optical link uses a lot of users, so the cost is shared between them

Rapid and massive installation of FOAN links, in classical FOL sometimes installing of link can take months. In the case of FOAN it must be several connections per one day per one team.

Specificity of location, the far end of FOAN links is located on the premises that are not owned by the network provider.

For this year's workshop will be organized in several sessions, debates and lectures pozvnih, submmited paper can be as a full paper (up to 8 pages) or short paper (with latest results in up to 3 pages) in the following topics (let you know that number of sessions and topics can be extended)
